Return and Refund Policy

At Brands Discounts, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Duration

Our return policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Original Packaging: Must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Intimate Apparel: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or similar intimate items.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Prepare Your Package: Include the item(s) and proof of purchase in secure packaging.
  3. Ship the Item: Send your package to our return address, which is printed on the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: We will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Rejected Refunds: If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you with the reason for rejection.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check Your Bank Account: Sometimes refunds take time to reflect.
  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: There may be processing delays.
  3. Contact Your Bank: Processing times can vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us for further assistance.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product:

Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items over $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Processing Time

  • Inspection and Processing: Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your item.
  • Notification: You’ll receive an email confirming the status of your refund or exchange.
